At LUMIEMS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Be in good condition

  • Include original packaging and accessories

  • Not be intentionally damaged or misused

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain used wearable products may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products damaged through misuse, modification, or improper care


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error, LUMIEMS will cover the return shipping cost.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
