Warranty Policy

Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than LUMIEMS, may provide their own warranties to you. Please contact them for further information. Please note that warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights that differ by state, province or country.


All LUMIEMS products purchased on LUMIEMS.com come with a limited warranty (“warranty”) as set out below.


BY USING ANY LUMIEMS PRODUCT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE LUMIEMS LIMITED WARRANTY.


We provide a limited warranty for all orders placed on LUMIEMS.com. The warranty term commences on the date the original consumer buyer receives the product.
1. Free product replacement for damaged goods within 1 year.


2. If component replacement is needed after the warranty expires, appropriate inspection fees will be charged.

3. The following scenarios are excluded from free warranty service during the warranty period:
A. Failure to present a warranty card or valid purchase proof (invoice or receipt).
B. Expired warranty period.
C. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification.
D. Damage resulting from operational errors, negligence or improper use.
E. Long-term storage under harsh environmental conditions.
F. Natural surface staining generated during daily use.
