Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–3 business days to process before shipment.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown above.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Unexpected Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times due to circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, or other logistical disruptions.

Duties & Taxes

LUMIEMS ships orders on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

This means that applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price, so customers will not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery.
